All set for a big renovation to their home, this family fell in love with another!!
A 1970's property with fabulous views came to market and turned this family's plan for renovation in its head. The era of the home was of particular interest and the setting and view was the icing on the cake. With their offer accepted, they turned to me for help to make the bathrooms and main spaces livable. The house is pretty much in original condition and a lot of work still lies ahead but with some of the functional spaces now complete they can focus on planning the future for the rest of their home.
